We’re looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented Warranty Technician to join our Warranty Department. You’ll play a vital role in ensuring that customer returns and warranty claims are handled swiftly, fairly, and to the highest standard.
The Role
- Managing the return and processing of warranty items in line with company and supplier policies.
- Ensuring customer complaints and technical issues are resolved promptly and effectively.
- Liaising with suppliers to ensure warranty returns are processed accurately and efficiently.
- Communicating key warranty and product insights to internal departments.
- Providing technical and warranty support to UK-based customers.
The Person
- Be confident in managing their own workload and making sound warranty decisions.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Be a clear and professional communicator who enjoys working directly with customers.
- Be an enthusiastic team player with a track record of achieving goals.
- Possess solid knowledge of Road and MTB bikes, with technical understanding of Shimano products being a distinct advantage.
- Be Cytech Level 1 or 2 qualified (or equivalent).
