Arecibo is delighted to be recruiting for a Breakfast Chef/Chef de Partie on behalf of our client, a privately owned hotelboasting over 25 bedrooms, meeting and conference facilities, a fabulous restaurant and set within its own ancient grounds offering unrivalled views and breath-taking surrounding.

The Role

As Breakfast Chef, youll play a crucial role in starting our guests day with an exceptional breakfast experience. You\’ll be responsible for preparing, cooking, and presenting high-quality dishes, as well as assisting with afternoon tea service and kitchen support tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Preparing and cooking breakfast to a high standard
• Manning the breakfast buffet and engaging warmly with guests when required
• Assisting with the preparation and service of traditional afternoon teas
• Managing stock levels and placing kitchen orders
• Carrying out stocktakes and maintaining kitchen hygiene standards
• Supporting room service orders and assisting the main kitchen as needed

About You

Were looking for someone with:

• A genuine passion for food and delivering excellent guest experiences
• The ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• A strong understanding of food safety and health & safety procedures
• Previous experience in a hotel or similar hospitality environment (preferred)
