Senior - Associate Building Surveyor

What you\’ll be doing: Lead projects from concept to completion-across commercial, residential, heritage, and public sector schemes. Engage with clients at the highest level, building lasting relationships. Deliver technical excellence in surveys, design, feasibility studies, contract admin, and reporting. Champion quality & compliance-from CDM regs to Party Wall matters. Mentor junior colleagues, shaping a collaborative and high-performing team. Contribute to business growth through proposals, pitches, and thought leadership. What we\’re looking for: Degree-qualified Building Surveyor with a proven track record across design, surveys, and contract administration. Strong grasp of traditional & modern construction methods. Leadership skills-able to manage people, projects, and client expectations. Skilled in JCT contracts, Party Wall awards, and Building Regs. A communicator who inspires confidence and brings practical, creative solutions. MRICS (or working towards it). BIM / ISO 19650 knowledge. Experience with digital collaboration tools.
