Electronic Build Technician

Electronic Build Technician My Norwich based client who design & manufacture downhole cameras are looking to strengthen their Electronics/hardware build team. The successful candidate will have previous experience in a similar role Main duties and requirements: * Build and assembly of electronics equipment up to assembly of full product lines used in oil and gas industry * Be able to read, follow and understand electronics schematics * Be able to perform rudimental fault finding of Electronic circuits * Work on own initiative an absolute essential * An understanding of firmware basic code manipulation SSH program etc (C, Python helpful but not essential) * Strong soldering ability * Keen eye for attention and ability to follow instructions to the letter * Understanding of cameras and their operation a big positive * Some UK and International travel may be required on rare occasions Benefits 25 days holiday plus bank holidays, potential to opt into company health plan company pension scheme.
