We currently have an excellent opportunity for a BIM/Senior coordinator to join one of the industry's leading mechanical & electrical firms. Role
- Coordinate MEP models and ensure accurate integration with architectural and structural designs.
- Support project teams in the use of BIM tools (e.g., Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360).
- Perform clash detection and resolution, model auditing, and quality control.
- Maintain BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and ensure project compliance with BIM standards (ISO 19650, etc.).
- Liaise with engineers, designers, and project managers to manage design workflows.
- Develop and maintain BIM libraries and content specific to MEP systems.
- Provide technical support and mentoring to junior staff and BIM users.
Qualifications/Experience
- Degree or diploma in Building Services, Engineering, or related field.
- 3+ years of experience in MEP coordination within a BIM environment.
- Proficient in Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 (or similar platforms).
- Solid understanding of MEP systems and construction processes.
- Knowledge of BIM standards such as ISO 19650, PAS 1192, etc.
- Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
