Admin Officer based at Huddersfield Magistrates’ Court Full time in the office Monday to Friday – 9am – 5:00pm Temporary assignment contract until 31st March 2025, likely to be extended due to business requirements £11.59ph Start date- ASAP Role We are currently recruiting for a full time Administration Officer at Huddersfield Magistrates Court with our client, The Ministry of Justice. The role will include working as part of a flexible team in a back-office environment and will be responsible for the overall running of the courts. Responsibilities include: Administration of Court applications, processes and Orders. Use of Excel and Outlook, E-mail handling and telephone enquiries. Public facing Counter duties with public and stakeholders. Court clerking – going into Court, using recording technology – use of Teams and Cloud Video Platform IT.
