An exciting opportunity has opened up for an experienced Financial Planning Administrator to join a dynamic and professional financial planning team based near Meriden. This full-time role is ideal for someone who has previously worked in a similar IFA or financial services environment and is looking to take the next step in their career.
You’ll play a key role in supporting advisers and paraplanners, helping to deliver exceptional client service through efficient and accurate administrative support. From submitting new business and producing review packs to maintaining Intelligent Office records, you’ll be an integral part of the back-office function.
Key Responsibilities:- Submit new business and follow through to policy issue
- Maintain and update Intelligent Office and document management systems
- Prepare client valuations and support review pack production
- Process withdrawals, fund switches, and Bed & ISA transfers
- Liaise with clients and providers on queries including death claims
- Mentor junior team members where needed
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an IFA or similar financial services role
- Proficient in Intelligent Office and Microsoft Office
- Strong attention to detail and time management skills
- Clear and professional communication, both written and verbal
- A team player with a proactive attitude
- Salary up to £31,000 depending on experience
- 28 days holiday + bank holidays (increasing with tenure)
- Hybrid working: up to 1–2 days from home (at management discretion)
- CII exam support available, though not required
