Why choose this client? Our client, a prestigious theatre company, is looking for a skilled chef to join their team. The role involves working within their popular theatre, serving coffees and light bites in the daytime café, as well as offering a diverse restaurant menu and grab-and-go food service. This position mainly involves daytime hours, and you will be working with a small team across multiple sites.

Due to the nature of the venue, it will be mostly daytime hours, and you will be working with a small team.
What’s involved? As the Head Chef, you will lead your small but skilled brigade, ensuring all aspects of the kitchen meet the company standards. You will oversee all kitchen operations, including inventory control, staff training, and maintaining the highest levels of food safety. You will collaborate closely with the group head chef to enhance the food offering and ensure the menu is seasonal and modern.
