About the Role: As a SEMH Teaching Assistant, you will work closely with students who require additional support to thrive in an educational setting. Your primary responsibility will be to assist in the delivery of tailored learning experiences, while fostering a nurturing and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Support students with SEMH and related diagnoses in their academic and social development. Implement strategies to manage behaviour effectively and positively.
