Depot Location: Cirencester
Working Hours: 07:30 am to 17:00 pm, Monday to Friday
Rotating Saturday mornings 07:30 am to 14:00 pm (paid at time & a half)
Contract Type: Full-time / Permanent
Financial Package: GBP 42,500 to GBP 45,000 per annum + benefits
My client, a well-established truck maintenance business, is actively seeking an experienced HGV Technician to join their team.
Responsibilities:
- Carry out repairs highlighted during initial inspections
- Perform general servicing and MOT preparations
- Conduct fault diagnosis and troubleshooting
- Update all required paperwork and databases
Candidate Attributes:
- Hold full industry qualifications and have completed a recognized apprenticeship
- Have detailed knowledge of truck and trailer maintenance
- A commercial driving license is advantageous but not essential
- Knowledge of hydraulic and electrical systems, maintenance, and repair
