About the role and about you
It’s a really exciting time to join them as they move into the next phase of delivering their new strategy. To enable that they are growing our HR team and investing significantly in their people. This new role of Learning and Development Manager will play a vital part in ensuring their success, by leading in the design, development, and delivery of a new and comprehensive learning and development programme to underpin their organisational strategies and plans. In this role you will play a crucial part in enhancing leadership and management capabilities, analysing their learning needs throughout the charity and fostering a culture of continuous learning for all staff.
