About the Role: We are seeking a Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (F&O) Order to Cash Functional Consultant to join our team. This role focuses on optimising and delivering O2C processes across D365 F&O implementations, from customer order management to invoicing and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the functional delivery of the Order to Cash (O2C) cycle in D365 F&O, including Sales Orders, Accounts Receivable, Credit and Collections, Invoicing, and Revenue Recognition.
- Gather, document, and analyse business requirements and translate them into functional specs.
- Configure and optimise D365 O2C modules to meet business needs.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and provide scalable, best-practice solutions.
- Collaborate with business users and cross-functional teams to ensure effective implementation.
- Support data migration, testing, training, and go-live activities.
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous process improvement.
Requirements: Proven experience as a D365 F&O or AX Functional Consultant.
