Role: Full-time permanent role

Working Arrangement: Hybrid Working (50% in the office)

The firm:

Our client is a leading international law and professional services firm providing legal, corporate and fiduciary services to global corporations, financial institutions, capital market participants and investment fund managers.

The role:

In this role, you will be working as part of a dynamic team that implemented the rollout of the firm’s Global HR system. As an HR Data Analyst, you will be supporting the HR strategy by developing analysis to encourage data-driven decision-making. You will be analysing and interpreting HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improving HR processes and initiatives.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Collecting and analysing HR data to ensure accuracy, consistency, and data integrity.
  • Using data analysis techniques to identify trends, patterns, correlations, and insights related to HR metrics and key performance indicators.
  • Developing and maintaining HR dashboards, reports, and visualisations to effectively communicate HR data and insights to stakeholders.
  • Providing HR data-driven insights and recommendations to support strategic decision-making and drive HR initiatives.
  • Monitoring HR data to identify data anomalies, outliers, and data quality issues, and taking corrective actions as necessary.

What do you need?

In order to be successful in this role you will need:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Relevant experience of HR Data Analysis and HR processes.
  • SAP SuccessFactors experience is essential.
  • Proficiency in using data analysis tools such as Excel, Business Objects, Power BI, or similar platforms to create dashboards and reports.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling and analysing HR data.
