At AA Labels we currently seek talented individuals to work as Machine Operators and operate our world class, semi-automatic, label production machinery. The company has been in existence for 17 years and is experiencing strong growth making it one of the leading suppliers of labels in the UK.
Please note that this role requires a high level of attention to detail and the ability to set up and manage machines accurately to produce varied customer orders. These machines are not fully automated, therefore, this position is suitable for someone who has the ability and the maturity to think on their feet, understand and respond to the specific order and the machine requirements. This position is not suitable for candidates looking for line operating.
The candidates must hold a can do positive attitude and the willingness to learn and grow as a part of a dynamic business of talented and dedicated people. The main duties will be focused on operating the machines with dispatch duties as a secondary responsibility.
