£38,500 + Overtime | Shift-Based | 36 hrs/week
Continental Shifts – 3 x 12hr (Days/Nights)

Are you an experienced Cut & Crease Operator with a strong background in die cutting and Bobst machinery? Join a global leader in premium printed packaging, supporting major brands in the food and beverage sector.

What You’ll Be Doing

As a key part of the production team, you’ll:

* Set up and run automatic platen cutting machines (Bobst 142 and similar).

* Operate according to job specs, maintaining high quality and efficiency.

* Monitor machine performance, conduct basic maintenance, and ensure safety checks are completed daily.

* Accurately complete production paperwork and ensure output meets both quantity and quality targets.

* Report faults and assist in resolving production issues promptly.

* Share your expertise, mentoring junior team members when needed.

* Be open to learning new equipment as required.

What You’ll Bring

* Proven experience with Bobst die cutters or similar automatic platen equipment.

* Solid understanding of KPI-driven production environments (run rate, make-ready time, downtime, etc.).

* Strong attention to detail with a focus on quality and safety.

* A proactive, team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.

* Organised, reliable, and capable of working under minimal supervision.
