A prestigious private members club near Cobham is looking to appoint a Food & Beverage Supervisor to support the delivery of an exceptional dining and hospitality experience for its members and guests. This is a hands-on leadership role suited to someone with a passion for high standards, attention to detail, and team development. The Role:

Working closely with the F&B Management team, you'll take day-to-day responsibility for supervising front-of-house operations across the club's dining areas. You'll help drive service standards, support team development, and ensure the smooth delivery of food and drink service throughout the day.

Hours of work:

  • 40 hours per week
  • 5/7 days per week

Responsibilities Include:

  • Supporting team members to deliver a seamless and welcoming experience
  • Briefing and motivating the team ahead of each shift
  • Assisting with training and ensuring standards are consistently met
  • Managing guest feedback and responding to requests in a prompt, thoughtful way
  • Promoting best practice in food safety, hygiene and licensing regulations
  • Encouraging upselling and supporting the overall success of the F&B offering
  • Leading by example during service with a courteous, professional manner

The ideal F&B Supervisor will have/be:

  • Previous supervisory experience in a quality hospitality setting (private members club or similar would be ideal)
  • Previous experience in high volume environments
  • Professional, well-presented, and confident in leading a team
  • Calm and composed under pressure, with a solutions-focused mindset
  • Passionate about service, standards, and creating a warm, welcoming environment
  • Strong communicator with good attention to detail
