Our client, a prestigious private members club near Woking, is seeking a professional and hands-on Food and Beverage Supervisor. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a well-established team, supporting the smooth running of all front-of-house food and beverage operations.

You'll work closely with the Manager to deliver a high standard of service to members and guests, ensuring the day-to-day operations run smoothly and the team is motivated, well-trained, and service-focused.

Hours:
  • 40 hours per week

Key Responsibilities Include:
  • Overseeing food, beverage and event service across the clubhouse
  • Maintaining excellent standards of customer service and presentation
  • Welcoming members and guests, managing bookings and ensuring club etiquette is followed
  • Supporting staff training, supervision, and performance management
  • Assisting with rota management and covering absences when needed
  • Ensuring compliance with all health, safety, hygiene and licensing regulations
  • Monitoring cleanliness, stock levels, and general upkeep of all clubhouse areas
  • Supporting with opening, closing and clubhouse security procedures
What We're Looking For:
  • Hospitality experience in a supervisory or management role
  • A confident, service-driven approach with excellent communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and high standards of presentation
  • A flexible and proactive attitude, comfortable leading from the front
  • Knowledge of relevant health & safety and licensing requirements
