We are seeking a PE Teaching Assistant Apprentice who will support Physical Education lessons and provide administrative service to the Head of PE. The post holder will report to the Head of PE. The ideal candidate will have a broad understanding of PE and be able to set up and use equipment within the department as well as provide support by organising PE fixtures and preparing resources for lessons as required.
The ability to communicate effectively with students, colleagues and staff is essential, along with good time management skills. You will complete a Level 3 Teaching Assistant Apprenticeship Standard. You may also be required to complete English and maths functional skills (depending on existing qualifications).
