Production Technology Project Manager 18 Month Contract Highly Competitive Daily Rate London Your Role Be an integral part of the Project Management and Enabling Technologies team, as the Production Technology Project Manager you will play a critical role as main point of contact for the production teams based in the UK. Lead calls with productions based on the phase of the show: pre-production, production, and post-production. Assist in communicating needs, break-fixes, and issues that productions have to technology engineers to deliver/fix. Lead coordination with other project managers and business resources to assign tasks to the Studio Technology engineers in the USA and ensure tasks are completed by production timeline. Lead multiple shows and concurrent technology initiatives throughout their lifecycle. This includes project intake, use case definition, charter and scope definition, project plan development, capacity allocations, resource assignment, project execution, and post mortems. Ensure clear reporting of project status from project teams including: timelines, milestone tracking, budget status and issue identification to program management and stakeholders Create workflow diagrams of production technology processes and identify opportunities to streamline processes or improve efficiency What you bring?
