Electrical Team Leader

Infinity Employment are seeking an Electrical Team Leader to work within a technical manufacturing environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing a team of electrical assemblers and will also be involved in assembling electrical components and systems in accordance with engineering schematics and diagrams. Permanent position for the right candidate. £27,000 – £30,000 per year depending on experience.

Duties:

– Lead a small team with effective communication and a positive manner

– Understand electrical processes to oversee and control

– Problem solving to identify and manage technical issues

– Assembling electrical components using hand tools and power tools

– Read and interpret engineering schematics and diagrams

– Utilise surface mount technology to assemble electronic circuits

– Apply mechanical knowledge to assist in the assembly process

– Work with logic controllers to ensure proper functioning of electrical systems

Requirements:

– Proven leadership qualities

– Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for assembly work

– Strong understanding of electrical systems and components

– Mechanical knowledge to support assembly tasks

– Familiarity with surface mount technology for electronic circuit assembly

– Ability to work accurately and efficiently to meet production deadlines
