About the Role

As Assistant Manager, youll play a vital role in the daily operations of the venue, supporting the General Manager in:

• Leading and motivating the front-of-house team to deliver outstanding customer service
• Managing staff schedules, training, and development
• Overseeing stock control, financial reporting, and operational efficiency
• Ensuring all health and safety and compliance requirements are met
