What You’ll Bring:
- About 5 years in a leadership or supervisor role
- Solid experience in production or manufacturing
- Experience of working to LEAN principles through formal training

- Happy working 6-2/2-10 rotating shifts (Mon–Fri)
About You:
- Leading a team of 10-15 in a busy, hands-on production environment
- Keeping an eye on quality, cost, output — and everything in between
- Reporting on productivity, spotting issues early, and solving problems fast
- Supporting, training, and motivating your team
- Working closely with your Production Manager to keep things running smoothly
- With your background in CI, you’ll have involvement in projects and driving change through making improvements
- You’ll be a problem solver
