EYFS Teacher – Build Bright Foundations for Lifelong Learning Job Title EYFS Teacher Salary £40,000 – £50,000 per annum School Type Primary Location Alcester Area Hours 8:30am – 4:00pm, Full-Time, Contract Job Description We’re looking for an experienced EYFS Teacher to join a warm and welcoming school in the Alcester area. You\’ll lead the youngest learners through those all-important early milestones, using a mix of creative play, structure, and Read Write Inc phonics. Key Responsibilities * Plan and deliver engaging, age-appropriate lessons in line with EYFS curriculum * Use Read Write Inc to support early reading and phonics development * Observe, assess and track progress to support personalised learning * Create a nurturing classroom environment that promotes independence and curiosity * Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support every child’s development Required Experience * Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) * Prior experience teaching in an EYFS setting * Confident delivering Read Write Inc phonics * Enthusiastic, patient, and child-centred teaching style About the School This Catholic primary school in the Alcester area offers a faith-led, values-driven approach to education.
