Job Title: IT Systems Analyst We are working with a fantastic, growing business based in Derby, seeking an IT Systems Analyst to join their team. This is a permanent, hybrid role offering a base salary of GBP45,000-GBP50,000, plus a GBP3,600 annual bonus and benefits. This role extends beyond systems and processes; it\’s about empowering the entire organization to operate at its best. By designing, implementing, and optimizing core business systems like ERP, CRM, and eQMS, the System Analyst ensures that every aspect of operations is streamlined and effective. The role involves close collaboration with stakeholders and end users at all levels to unlock innovations and efficiencies, contributing to delivering world-class services. Responsibilities System Implementation Act as the liaison between business requirements and software platforms. Assist with configuration, customization, and implementation of software modules to meet business needs. Ensure software systems are validated in accordance with the company\’s QMS requirements and procedures. Business Process Analysis Collaborate with functional departments (e.g., Manufacturing, Procurement, Planning) to understand and document business processes. Translate business processes into defined requirements for system implementations and enhancements. Experience with process mapping or modeling business processes is desirable.
