Senior Support Services Engineer (AV Technology) 🚨

We’re looking for an experienced Senior Support Services Engineer to lead client support delivery across cutting-edge AV, networking, and control systems. This is a hands-on technical role with leadership responsibilities—mentoring junior engineers, solving complex problems, and shaping service operations.
🛠 What you'll be doing:
- Leading technical support for AV systems (Crestron, QSC, Bose, Yealink, Neat, etc.)
- Handling escalations and mentoring junior engineers
- Managing service tickets and on-site troubleshooting
- Contributing to project handovers and system documentation
- Exploring and implementing new remote support strategies
✅ What we’re looking for:
- Strong AV troubleshooting and installation background
- Familiarity with video conferencing, DSPs, control systems
- Proven leadership and team guidance experience
- Organised, proactive and client-focused
- CTS certification a plus
