Are you a recent construction graduate, a bridge design professional ready for the next step, or someone interested in pivoting into a commercial project role? Lifespan Structures (part of the Centura Group ltd) wants to hear from you! We’re a growing team delivering innovative FRP composite bridge solutions sustainable, lightweight, and built for the future. We’re looking for a proactive and ambitious Project Manager to help us take our projects from concept to completion while developing strong customer relationships and supply chain links.
As our Project Manager you will be:
- Managing projects from early-stage concept through to supply and delivery.
- Liaising with clients, supply chain partners, and design teams.
- Creating and delivering technical proposals, pricing, and project documentation.
- Supporting marketing, tendering, and business development activities.
- Coordinating installations and ensuring project quality and performance.
What we need from you:
- A strong interest in infrastructure and construction innovation.
- Great communication and organisational skills.
- A desire to grow commercially and technically.
- Familiarity with or a willingness to learn about DMRB, CUR96, and FRP systems.
- Ideally, a qualification suited to a Level 4/6 apprenticeship (if training support is needed).
