A top-tier client of ours is on the lookout for a sharp, hands-on Support Engineer to join their experienced tech team. If you're someone who enjoys solving technical problems and being part of impactful IT projects, this could be a great fit.
You will be providing day-to-day support to users while also contributing to a wide range of projects built around Microsoft and cloud-based platforms.
Your day-to-day:
- Supporting and managing systems like Active Directory, Microsoft 365, Windows Server, Intune, and general security tools
- Working on technical projects, from upgrades to migrations
- Acting as a go-to for 2nd/3rd line support issues
Weβre looking for someone who:
- Has solid experience in a 2nd/3rd line IT support role
- Is keen to grow their skills in Azure, AD, and Intune
- Can work independently in a technical and fast-paced environment
- Communicates clearly and professionally
- Is based in the UK, eligible to work, and able to pass a security check
You MUST have excellent communication skills coupled with the right to work in the UK.
The role is based in the office and will allow for one day working from home after a 3 month period.
