Residential Conveyancing Fee-earner – Salisbury

An established and friendly Wiltshire law firm is seeking an experienced residential conveyancing fee-earner, either non-qualified but experienced or qualified solicitor, legal executive, or licensed conveyancer to join their thriving conveyancing team in Salisbury.

Your Role:

• Handle a diverse residential conveyancing caseload, including sales and purchases, freehold and leasehold, shared ownership, remortgages, and new builds.
• Collaborate with a supportive team to drive growth within the department.
• Deliver exceptional client service at a well-respected firm.

What You’ll Need:

• Qualification as a Solicitor, Chartered Legal Executive, or Licensed Conveyancer OR
• An experienced fee-earner with a minimum of 2 years of experience managing a varied residential conveyancing caseload.
