We are working with a well-established contractor to recruit an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of a series of small-scale refurbishment projects across South West London. This role will suit a self-sufficient Site Manager capable of running multiple projects concurrently, typically valued between £200K-£300K and delivered over 10-16 weeks. You will take full responsibility for managing 2-3 live sites, overseeing site setups, programme delivery, health and safety, and ensuring works are completed on time and within budget.

We are looking for someone with a broad construction background, ideally from an SME or a small works/minor works division within a larger contractor. A background in hands-on building work before moving into site management would be highly advantageous.

Site Manager Responsibilities:
  • Managing multiple refurbishment sites simultaneously
  • Ensuring all projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
  • Overseeing health and safety and scaffold setups
  • Monitoring site progress and coordinating subcontractors
  • Regular site visits, inspections, and hands-on support
  • Liaising with clients and internal teams to ensure programme and quality are maintained

This is a permanent role offering a salary of £55K-£60K all-in, with a completion bonus available for projects delivered to a high standard, on time and on budget.
