An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Process Development Manager to lead product and process change at a food manufacturing site in Milton Keynes. This role is central to ensuring successful, timely, and defect-free launches, while implementing site-wide changes through effective communication and strong cross-functional leadership.

In this position, you will be responsible for overseeing the entire Product Launch Process (PLP), from factory trials through to post-launch reviews. You will ensure all technical, operational, and financial information is accurately captured and shared, while identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in a fast-paced food manufacturing environment, with the ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously. A strong understanding of food production processes, packaging materials and technical documentation is essential. It is essential you have chilled manufacturing experience. You will be a confident leader with experience in driving change, coaching teams, and influencing across departments.
