Role Overview: As an Operations Manager, as part of the site leadership team, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations. You will be responsible for overseeing the production, delivery, and quality of services/products, while also driving operational improvements and efficiencies across departments. Key Responsibilities: Be the H&S point of contact and liaise with others for fire and first aid. Be responsible for the purchase order from coming into Matara to being dispatched to the customer. On time and on budget without impacting quality. To manage and lead a team. Efficiently and effectively plan the workload for the team and machines. Recording, monitoring and managing production KPIs. Addressing and organising machine maintenance and proactive preventative maintenance.
