Your Role:

This is your chance to shape and lead a vital service, supported by an experienced Regional Manager. You’ll oversee day-to-day operations, build a high-performing team, and develop innovative strategies that help women regain independence and stability.

Key Responsibilities Include (But are not limited to):

  • Drive forward continuous service improvement and outcome-based support planning.
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a team committed to making a difference.
  • Champion best practice in staff performance, supervision, and development.
  • Manage rotas efficiently to maintain consistency while minimising agency usage.
  • Oversee incidents and ensure compliance with procedures and reporting standards.
  • Cultivate partnerships with stakeholders and external agencies to enhance support and referral pathways.
  • Monitor budgets and resource allocation to ensure sustainability and cost-effectiveness.
  • Work with our Learning and Development Manager to deliver impactful training and upskilling.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in the care sector, with a strong understanding of housing support.
  • Confident leadership in employee relations (e.g., grievances, disciplinaries).
  • Excellent planning, coordination, and interpersonal skills.
  • A proactive mindset with a passion for positive outcomes and continuous improvement.
