Sellick Partnership is excited to be working with a legal 500 firm in Leeds who are looking for an Employment Senior Knowledge Lawyer to join their team.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Keep the team informed on employment law updates and legal developments.
- Support colleagues with legal research and day-to-day queries.
- Plan and deliver training sessions, and manage the team's learning and development calendar.
- Mentor and coach junior team members to support their growth.
- Create, update, and improve standard legal documents, templates, and guides.
- Help streamline processes by developing tools, checklists, and automation where possible.
- Contribute to knowledge-sharing through regular team meetings and collaboration.
- Write articles, updates, and thought leadership pieces for internal and external use.
- Assist in preparing materials for webinars, client training, and public speaking events.
- Work with marketing on publications, conferences, and business development opportunities.
- Support the preparation of tender documents, pitches, and client proposals.
The successful candidate:
- 8 + years PQE as an employment or knowledge lawyer.
- Strong written and spoken communication skills, with a clear and confident use of English.
- Skilled in legal analysis, research, and producing high-quality written work.
