Role Overview

As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the end-to-end delivery of security installation projects, ensuring efficiency, quality, and compliance with NSI standards. This role requires strong leadership, planning, and problem-solving skills to coordinate engineers, subcontractors, and client expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Management: Plan, manage, and oversee security installation projects from inception to completion.
  • Health & Safety: Prepare risk assessments, method statements, and Construction Phase Plans while ensuring H&S compliance on-site.
  • Team Leadership: Coordinate and support engineers and subcontractors, ensuring smooth project execution.
  • Client Engagement: Maintain high levels of customer service, addressing queries professionally and efficiently.
  • Technical Oversight: Conduct site inspections, oversee commissioning, and ensure installations meet NSI standards.
  • Reporting & Compliance: Maintain project documentation, track progress, and provide regular updates to senior management.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in site or project management within security or related industries.
  • Project management qualification (Prince2 Foundation or equivalent).
  • H&S certification (CITB SMSTS preferred).
  • Strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Financial awareness and ability to manage project budgets.
  • Full UK driving licence.
