What You’ll Do:

  • Collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders to craft a forward-thinking business architecture strategy that supports extensive growth plans.
  • Coordinate capability assessments, map out capability diagrams, and maintain a holistic business overview to uncover best practices.
  • Drive significant deliverables by supporting change initiatives and ensuring that strategic principles are at the forefront of all efforts.
  • Shape new initiatives by defining business capabilities, benefit drivers, and crafting compelling business cases.
  • Liaise effectively with process managers and analysts, ensuring seamless integration of target operating models into business processes.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Significant experience in the Insurance market as a Business Architect or in a senior business analyst capacity.
  • Proven track record of influencing Target Operating Model design at a strategic level.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with a knack for switching between high-level strategy and hands-on detail.
  • Experience in modeling business processes and navigating complex, matrix-structured regulated entities.
