Leeds – Hybrid Working – 3 days in the office, 2 days working from home (ideally, open to occasional flex on this)

You’ll have full ownership of Paid Social campaigns across mainly Meta, with management of large-scale budgets with Paid Social being the most successful and profitable Digital channel within the Group!

As the Paid Social Specialist, you will be:

From day one, you’ll play a critical role in shaping and executing Paid Social campaigns that drive conversions and engagement. Your key responsibilities include:

  • Manage and optimise scale Meta Ads campaigns to ensure they consistently meet monthly performance and ROI targets, focusing on increasing CTR, engagement, and conversions.
  • Test and scale campaigns across emerging platforms to capture untapped opportunities and expand multichannel reach.
  • Work closely with designers and content teams to develop high-impact ad creatives that drive conversions.
  • Develop and execute A/B and multivariate tests, continuously refining campaign performance through testing and optimisation.
  • Interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable improvements through detailed performance analysis and reporting.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and adopt innovative tactics to refine campaign strategies and explore new opportunities.

As the Paid Social Specialist, we are looking for:

  • A data-driven problem solver who thrives on optimising campaigns for maximum impact.
  • Have a natural curiosity for testing, learning, and pushing performance marketing boundaries.
  • Comfortable working cross-functionally, collaborating with creative and tech teams.
  • Have at least 3 years of hands-on experience managing Paid Social campaigns with a strong background in Meta ads – either in-house or agency side.
  • Have a solid understanding of A/B testing, bid optimisation, and conversion rate optimisation.
  • Large budget management experience would be a bonus!
