Responsible for positioning the company’s products and/or services via telephone and text channels, with well-qualified leads and target prospects. Manages the handover of qualified leads to the Field and/or Inside Sales team for close. Mails marketing/sales literature to prospective clients, keeps up-to-date knowledge of the industry as well as competitive posture of the company, and enhances awareness in the targeted business community of the company and its products/services.

Bazaarvoice is looking for a bright and unique Sales Development Representative with a proven ability to understand how to assess a company’s needs and cater the outreach to each prospect specifically. The ideal candidate will be able to articulate their ability to effectively manage both inbound and outbound Sales Development action, and has excellent client-facing communication skills. Demonstrating the value propositions of our products and services and working in a collaborative team environment with the local Sales and wider Sales Development functions.

Effectively manage high volumes of leads and prospects within Salesforce. Attending industry events where required to drive data capture and engagement.

  • Bachelors degree and/or relevant working experience
  • Native or C1 minimum German language
  • Experience working with Salesforce. Lead generation or sales experience a strong plus
  • Selling eCommerce-focused solutions
