We are currently recruiting for a Chef De Partie at LBG Harbourside to join our friendly team.

Location: Lloyds Banking Group Head office - Harbourside, Bristol City Centre

Rate of pay: £13.60 per hour

Working pattern: 37.5 hours per week, 7am - 3.30pm Monday - Friday (Office hours only!)

About The Role: We are very excited about our Quick Service Diner concept to be launched at Lloyds Banking Group Harbourside, Bristol. This new food offer fits into a brand-new look and feel for the whole Lloyds flagship office building. Our amazing food offer will also consist of weekly hot counter “Pop Ups” including dishes from our Pizza station & Rotisserie station, along with a Fresh Baked Goods Chef’s table and daily office hospitality menus. As our CDP, you will be hands-on at the heart of the kitchen and restaurant, using fresh ingredients to create daily Gather & Gather menus.

Key responsibilities:

  • Prepare food from seasonally changing menus.
  • Preparation, production, and service of food to the standard required in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Practice and promote effective teamwork and communication amongst your direct work colleagues and colleagues in other departments.
  • Ensure compliance with in-house HACCP and food hygiene, health, and safety systems.
  • Complete duties with an attitude of always striving to exceed standards to promote improvements and raise the quality of feedback from all client sites.
  • Maintain the day-to-day operational standards of the kitchen.
  • Manage own kitchen section.
  • Take responsibility covering all areas of kitchen operations.
  • Prepare reports including recording food temperatures.
  • Maintain a professional and friendly image with the client and customers.
  • Work effectively with all colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
