Fair pay for all - We are dedicated to aligning our pay rates with the real Living Wage so our pay rate is £24,765. Earn commission of 0.3% net revenue (on average £130 per month). Permanent, full-time. Working 37.5 hours per week Monday to Friday with a rotating Saturday and on-call rota (time given back in lieu). Based at our Support Centre in Ross-on-Wye, Herefordshire, with 1-2 days working from home subject to peak dates.

Our Consumer department is responsible for converting sales and providing excellent customer service to our customers booking Kids Adventure Camps and Family Adventure Holidays in the UK and Northern France, generating revenue in excess of £5 million. Within this role, you will be interacting with parents to book children aged 8-16 onto a Kids Camp across our 12 UK centres or our UK flagship Family Adventure centres & Disneyland breaks in Paris. Using a CRM and internal reservation system, you will be expected to maximise sales opportunities by phone and email, whilst providing high levels of customer service in order to meet customers' needs and secure future re-bookings.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Converting the maximum number of sales leads from new and existing PGL customers
  • Effectively managing all pre-travel administration of bookings, demonstrating strong customer service skills
  • Maintaining accurate records of each booking, including recording of customer details and needs, using CRM and internal reservation systems
  • Contribute to departmental seasonal and annual performance targets

  • Confidence - must have the ability to listen to customers and proactively seek to meet their needs
  • Strong personal organisation skills - ability and experience of effectively prioritising workloads and multi-tasking in a busy open-plan office environment
  • Computer literate with experience of Outlook and Excel

  • The ability to work unsupervised and as part of a team, adhering to strict deadlines
