We are seeking a Finance Business Partner to oversee financial operations for The Championships and Wimbledon Qualifying Food & Drink. This role ensures strong commercial and operational decision-making while managing financial risks and opportunities.
Purpose of Role: You will perform an influential and high-profile role, delivering financial and commercial support to Levy and the client, AELTC. Through effective business partnering, the role will continually improve service levels, cost effectiveness, and add value to commercial activities undertaken. The Finance Business Partner will lead a small team and report into the Senior Finance Hub Manager.
Location: Based at AELTC, in Wimbledon, London. The role is fully on site during the Championships period (June to August). Outside of this period, remote working opportunities are available, but the role holder must be on site a minimum of 3 days per week.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own and manage P&Ls, budgets, and forecasts.
- Utilize data analytics to drive performance improvements.
- Lead balance sheet reviews and working capital management.
- Support HODs with budget tracking and cost control initiatives.
- Oversee audits and ensure compliance with financial processes.
- Develop strong client relationships and present financial insights.
- Manage month-end accounts and reporting.
- Lead and develop a finance team.

Requirements:
- Qualified Accountant with 3+ years post-qualification experience.
