I’m helping a leading Lloyd’s insurer find a Development Manager to own the application development for a number of their core insurance applications. The role will involve managing a team of Application Developers, Analysts, Subject Matter experts & Quality Assurance individuals.

Other key roles will involve delivering ongoing development changes to the applications, working in an agile manner to deploy on 2 week sprint cycles. The role works very closely with the Business Relationship Directors to identify and manage the change pipeline and to define the priorities.

They are seeking someone with experience in the Insurance market who has managed a team of application developers. The role is permanent and hybrid working, if interested get in touch.
