We are looking for a Trainee / Junior level Administrator for a permanent role with a fantastic corporate business in Glasgow. In this role you will receive further training and mentoring as well as also gaining a formal apprenticeship qualification. Due to apprenticeship funding requirements, applicants for this position must be aged between 18 – 22 to qualify.

They would like someone who already has a little administration experience (one or two years) or an entry level administration qualification, therefore showing that this is how they already wanted their career to develop. The successful applicant will become an integral team member within a company who are committed to the highest levels of customer care and who are viewed from their clients as being a key business partner and trusted advisor.

Your primary duties and responsibilities will be to provide generalist administrative support to management and other colleagues within the business, accurately imputing information, producing reports, handling and directing calls, and all other general admin and office support duties as required. You will need to have excellent communication, organisational and time-management skills, have an outgoing and personable nature, and you will ideally already have some skills and knowledge in Microsoft packages Word, Excel and Outlook.
