Fabrication Shop Supervisor - Duties:
- Full-time Fabrication Shop Supervisor working 7.30am till 4.00pm, 40 hours a week.
- Dealing with Health & Safety.
- Organising and delegating to the shop floor staff, including collating clock cards for payroll and job costings.
- Liaising with Management to maintain production levels.
- Final inspection checks prior to delivery for either client or third party contractor.
- Working in a team environment to constantly find improvements in working practices.
- Should be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Shop Floor Supervisor - Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in the fabrication industry and time served in engineering disciplines.
- A good understanding of detailed engineering/fabrication drawings.
- A good amount of administration computer skills.
