Required Experience

  • A minimum of 15 years of direct experience in Liquidity & Cash Management at a leading international bank.
  • Mandatory expertise in Liquidity Management – notional pooling, cash concentration, inter-company loans and investment sweeps.
  • Expertise in Cash Management – domestic and international payments, payables and receivables management, virtual account management, cash flow forecasting, balance and transaction reporting.
  • Knowledge of various value added services provided by banks in the liquidity and cash management space e.g. dashboards, analytics and reporting.
  • In addition to the experience as above in a bank, Liquidity & Cash Management domain related role in a FinTech will be an added advantage.
  • Experience in implementing and/or using various Liquidity Management solutions in bank or bank customer organization would be an added advantage.
  • Ability to interact with stakeholders at various levels internally and externally.
  • Understanding of corporate treasury and buying behavior.
  • Understanding of bank operations and regulations.
  • Result oriented, tenacious, gets things done.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills with the confidence and presence to interact with senior leadership teams within Intellect and banks.
  • Experience in creating and making presentations.
  • Excellent spoken and written English.
  • BA or BSc (post graduate diploma degree).
