Director Executive Search

About the Role

Raw Selection is an executive search firm specialising in Private Equity. We work with PE firms and their portfolio companies in Europe and North America, handling CEO, CFO, COO and investment/back‑office searches.

We are hiring experienced recruiters to win new business, manage client relationships and deliver on searches, closing and negotiation.

Responsibilities

• Secure and maintain long‑lasting client relationships
• Deliver searches, closing and negotiation
• Candidate sourcing, research and interviewing in a 180 model
• Formatting CVs and writing job specs (handled by marketing team)
• Researching target clients and finding emails (handled by admin team)

Qualifications

• Proven, experienced recruitment professional
• Business development experience winning new prospects
• Operate to the highest standards

Benefits & Compensation

Average placement fee to £85,000+

Earning potential via the US market and CXO appointments

Industry leading training and development

Basic salary: Negotiable

Realistic OTE: £150,000 to £200,000+
