As an Infrastructure Engineer, you will become part of a high-performing team responsible for delivering robust, secure, and reliable IT infrastructure services. Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide 2nd/3rd line support across Windows Server and related technologies
- Monitor and improve service levels, owning incident and problem resolution
- Carry out physical server builds, patching, and routine maintenance
- Work with technologies such as VMWare, Active Directory, back-up tools, and Windows 10/11
- Follow change control processes and implement technical changes
- Collaborate with internal teams to support customer needs and service delivery
- Participate in project work and continuous service improvement initiatives
What you will need:
- Proven experience in IT support with the Windows infrastructure stack
- Hands-on experience with Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, and backup solutions
- Experience supporting Windows 10/11 environments
- Familiarity with service desk tools (e.g., Jira, ServiceNow, Freshdesk)
- Comfortable with server hardware, racking, and physical maintenance
- (Nice to have) Knowledge of Linux, PowerShell scripting, or basic networking (DNS, DHCP, TCP/IP)
