Larbey Evans is working with a prestigious US law firm to recruit a highly skilled and proactive Commercial Litigation Legal PA to work for their newly appointed Head of Commercial Litigation on a permanent basis.

• Salary to £65,000
• 09:30-17:30 working hours

Commercial Litigation Legal PA Key Responsibilities:

• Organise complex diaries and arrange comprehensive travel arrangements and preparation of itineraries
• Production of legal correspondence and documentation e.g. business forms and client engagement letters
• Create PowerPoint presentations and charts for training and client pitches
• Provide ad-hoc administrative support to the secretarial and marketing team
• Assist with the billing, compliance, and expenses processes on behalf of the lawyers

Commercial Litigation Legal PA Skills & Requirements:

• Will have PA / legal secretarial experience working within a Litigation team at partner level in a high ranking law firm
• Demonstrable experience of dealing with confidential information and always maintaining a high level of integrity
• Good understanding of all Microsoft Office applications and experience with document management system
