IS Project Manager

Position: Project Manager

Salary: Up to £60,000

Location: Cheltenham

Hybrid: once per fortnight on site

We are currently working on behalf of our global client to find an experienced Project Manager to lead internal system implementation projects, including e-commerce, CRM, and SaaS solutions.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Project Manager with a strong background in managing global projects, collaborating with third-party vendors, and delivering solutions using both Agile and Waterfall methodologies. You will play a key role in driving successful project outcomes while working across a range of internal systems.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the implementation of internal system projects, including e-commerce, CRM, and SaaS solutions.
• Utilise both Agile and Waterfall delivery methods to ensure project success.
• Work closely with global teams and third-party vendors to deliver projects on time, within scope, and within budget.
• Develop, maintain, and manage project plans, timelines, and budgets.
• Ensure effective stakeholder management and communication across internal teams.
• Proactively identify risks and manage issues to keep projects on track.
• Regularly report on project progress to senior leadership and key stakeholders.

Key Requirements:

• Extensive experience as a Project Manager in the implementation of global system projects.
• Strong expertise in Agile and Waterfall methodologies.
• Experience in delivering e-commerce, CRM, and SaaS solutions.
• Proven track record of working with third-party vendors and managing external stakeholders.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to make timely decisions.
