The Job

• Manage and technically lead a small team on all Pre and Post Sales activities, responding to RFPs, Design, I&C, training and customer support
• Act as lead technical SME to customers and partners on solution deployments, evaluate design, proposals and use.
• Project Management and scheduling of commissioning and integration activities
• Oversee technical support and troubleshooting, ensuring tickets are resolved and acting as primary point of escalation
• Conduct training sessions, internally for the team as well as overseeing customer training

You

• Technical expertise of 4G / 5G, PMR, DMR,or Tetra Radio Access Network technologies (with some knowledge/awareness of 3GPP specs).
• Experience of multi-operator network solutions, Small Cells and DAS preferred.
• Experience of leading small teams
• Experience of RF design, RFoF, RF Modulation schemes, RF measurement tools etc.
• Customer facing experience/ability – preferably from RAN design and I&C activities.
• Experience of running PoCs, trials, contributing to RFPs etc. an advantage but not essential
• Self-sufficient and can-do attitude – Fast paced environment
• Ability to travel – not excessive and preplanner – 25% of the time
