About the Opportunity
We are seeking a passionate and driven Clinical Specialist to join a rapidly growing international medical device company focused on transforming the treatment of structural heart disease. This is a unique opportunity to play a key role in the adoption of innovative, minimally invasive therapies that are improving outcomes for patients with complex cardiac conditions.
Key Responsibilities
- Clinical Support: Provide expert support to physicians and cath lab teams during minimally invasive heart procedures, ensuring optimal use of advanced medical devices.
- Training & Education: Deliver comprehensive training to clinical staff on device technology, procedural techniques, and best practices.
- Case Coverage: Attend and support cases across leading cardiac centers throughout the UK, acting as the primary technical resource.
- Relationship Building: Develop strong partnerships with clinicians, nurses, and hospital staff to drive awareness and adoption of new therapies.
- Troubleshooting: Offer real-time guidance and troubleshooting during procedures to ensure patient safety and positive outcomes.
- Feedback & Reporting: Gather clinical insights and feedback from the field to inform product development and continuous improvement.

About You
- Clinical background in cardiac devices, cath lab, or structural heart (e.g., nurse, physiologist, clinical scientist, or similar).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to educate and influence clinical teams.
- Comfortable with frequent travel (up to 75%) and field-based work across the UK.
- Passionate about medical innovation and improving patient outcomes.
- Self-motivated, adaptable, and able to thrive in a dynamic, fast-growing environment.
