One of TechOhana's top clients are currently delivering a specialist Salesforce Field Service (FSL) solution across the company. They are looking for a hands-on FSL Technical/Solution Architect to join their delivery team on a flexible contract basis. This is a unique opportunity to work remotely on a high-impact project, shaping end-to-end FSL architecture and delivery.
Key Responsibilities- Define and own the Salesforce Field Service solution architecture, ensuring scalability and alignment with business objectives
- Lead technical design workshops and produce detailed architectural documentation
- Collaborate with development teams to deliver robust, integrated FSL configurations
- Oversee data modelling, mobile configuration, scheduling, and asset tracking
- Provide expert guidance on best practices, performance optimisation and platform governance
- Support client stakeholders through key stages of solution delivery and adoption
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Technical or Solution Architect with deep FSL expertise
- Strong understanding of Service Cloud, Scheduling Policies, Work Rules, and Mobile configuration
- Experience with integrations using APIs, middleware (e.g. Mulesoft), and external systems
- Salesforce Field Service certification highly desirable
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to lead technical conversations with stakeholders
